The header on the top of the pages is: "Kisvei Kodesh". Printed on back of title page is a note saying that the sefer can be acquired in the office of Agudas Hachassidim Chabad, in New York. In the Chabad chassidus, it is accepted knowledge that the Admor Rav Yosef Yitzchak Shneersohn was against the sefer's printing, and the sefer was printed in New York before his opinion was known.
