The sefer was written by Rav Dov Ber ben Rav Shmuel, the Shochet from Kehillas Linz and son-in-law of Rav Alexander the Shochet. He was the Ba'al Shem Tov's first Scribe, and did this job for eight years. He personally witnessed many of the sefer's stories. Zhovkva 5610. 24 pages. Cut off at margins with no damage to text.
